Aap bilkul bhi aesa na soche ki aap depression ya kisi dusri mental problem ka shikar he. Kuch negative thoughts and low self confidence ki vajah se aapka mind ashant he isliye aapko tension aur anxiety feel ho rhi he. Aap kafi jyada sochne lage he jiski vajah se aapko aese vichar aa rhe hai.  Bhagwan hai ya nahi ye baat aapke liye mayne nahi rakhni chahiye. Aap apne bhagwan khud hai. Aap hi apni life ko control kar sakte hai. Agar aap apne liye kuch accha karne ki koshish karenge to kudrat aapka sath jarur degi. Son don’t worry.  Pura focus apni health apne present aur future par de aur jo chij aapke hath me nahi he uske bare me sochna band kar de.

apni negative thoughts se apna mind divert karne ki koshish kare. Iske liye aap apni lifestyle me  kuch  changes laye jaise

1)      Raat me time se soye aur morning me jaldi uthe. Aap kam se kam 7-8 hours ki sleep le.is se aapka hormone level balance rahega.

2)      Morning me exercise and yoga daily kiya kare. Sath hi 1 din me minimum 10 glass water le. Is se aapka mind fresh rahega aur thoughts positive aayenge

3)      Family and friends  ke sath jyada time spent kare. Koi problem ho to unke sath share kare.

4)      Jo kaam aapko sabse jyada acche lagte he unhe kare. Sath hi music suniye aur apni favourite movies and show dekhiye.  Is se negative thoughts dur rahenge
