How to increase grasping power while studying

    Mai Delhi university me Msc second year ka student hu.mujhe kai baar lagta he ki meri grasping power aur samajhne ki capacity baki students k compare me kam he? me study me thik hu lekin aur behtar kar sakta hu. mere liye mind ko fit or proper mindset rakhneke liye koi books ya meditation process bataiye,taki me apne sare skill ka aur capability ka use karke use badha saku.thanks

    Let m tell you one fact, humara mind kuch bhi karne ke liye capable h, it matters ki hum apne mind ko kaise train karte h. Sabse pehle khud se kaho ki m kuch bhi kar sakta hu, aur meri grasping power achi hai. Agar aap ye sochne lag gye ki meri memory achi nahi h then toh vo kabhi nahi ban paegi, isliye sabse pehle apne aap par vishwas rakho. Koi bhi chiz ko samajhne ke lie ek healthy mind chahiye, uske lie din m kam se kam 45 minutes nikalie apne mind ko healthy n stress free banane ke lie. Hum grasp tab nahi kr pate jab hum stress m hote h. isliye me aapko kuch exercise bata raha hu, jo apko help karegi achi mental health pane ke lie.

    * Take a proper breaks between study hours.

    * Apne aap ko relax karne ke lie music ya dance kare.

    * Break lete hue apne phone ya social networking site ka use na kare, en kam ke lie alag se ek samay set kar lo. Relax karne ke lie facebook ya whatsapp na estamal kare.

    * Meditation kare. Sabse pehle shant vatavarn m baithe aur apni breath pr focus kare, ander aur bhar jati hui saans ko mehsoos kare.

    * Subha rozana walk ke lie jae.

    * Ek exercise kare, apni ankhon ko 2 minutes ke lie band kare aur jitni bhi awaz sunai de rahi h unhe count kare, awaz kisi bhi prakar ki ho sakti h, esse apki concentration aur focus badega.

    * Apne past ya future ke bare m na soch kr present m jiye.

    * Raat ko halka khana khae, bhar ka khana na khae.

    * Apni need ko pura kariye.

    * Yoga ya exercise daily kare.

    * Apna ek schedule bana le, ussi ke anusar chale, ye apko bhot madad karega.

    * Pani zada pijiye.

    * Yadi kch bhi yaad karna ho toh tukdo m kijiye aur uss chiz ko apni kisi man priye chiz se jod li jiye, taki vo apko jldi yaad ho pae.

    * Yaad kare same apne man m repeat kare, koi chapter learn karte hue usse bol bol kr yaad kare.

    Yadi aap ye sab karte h toh 1 se 2 mahine m apko khudme anter pata chal jaega. Practice makes the man perfect so keep trying.
